I went to a Shaun Stenning weekend and it was amazing. He just crammed so much info into us for that 2 days its sad I could not tape it all. Long story short, he showed just how easy it is to make money online. Most of the tools are free and its just a matter of understanding it. A few things I've written down I need to go read again, but his main took was twitter and his own software with other integrated tools. Pretty sure if you understand the the world of rss feeds and API you can build your own portal. Something I will have to do seeing that I am getting into DOMAINING! After the 2 day Shaun Stenning seminar I started to think an registered AucklandOpenHomes.com. I then put it on Trademe, a local Ebay and made some 500% profit on it. So domaining started and I was hooked. As with everything I was very fired up but soon lost interest. I have my own lawn mowing business, Home Turf, and registered a few lawn related domains. My Wordpress site attracted a few customers but its my SEO skills I learnt from Shaun that got me into the top spots for lawn mowing in my area. I still hover at the top on some searches but as of now I am focused on an IT contract i'm doing. With a steady income I will research the world of domaining and maybe buy a few good domains.
Most of my domains are listed in my main Site and they cross-link to others. I am also encouraging my mate with his Airsoft guns to make a site and registered a domain for him.
